About Us

Victor Greetham, highly experienced in the food business and a passionate pizza enthusiast, founded the Agile Rabbit brand in 2009, initially in Brixton, and subsequently opened another branch in the heart of Herne Hill.

By the end of 2023, Victor had partnered with Chef Junior Menezes, who brings 20 years of gastronomic experience and is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu London. Chef Junior Menezes is the founder of Finotaste, a catering company serving major corporations in London.

The primary aim of this collaboration between these two esteemed food business professionals is to introduce to the pizza market something exceptionally innovative, featuring unique styles and a menu enriched with culinary expertise.

In 2024, the new Agile Rabbit was launched.
